- For Parcel Deliveries: We share sender and recipient information (name, phone number, address) with the assigned delivery personnel or partner companies to facilitate the delivery of your parcel.
- With Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing (Ssentezo, Flutterwave, Pesapal, etc.), cloud hosting, data analytics, and customer support. These providers only have access to the information necessary to perform their functions.

All financial transactions made through our App are processed by third-party payment gateways. For withdrawals, we use gateways like Ssentezo. For deposits and ticket payments, we use various providers. We do not store sensitive financial information on our servers.
